imma be imma be imma imma imma be

told you guys last night that im gonna start on diet kan, so jyeah i challenged myself for a mission! nak tahu tak apa dia? cakap lah nak nak nak sebab i teruja ni mencabar diri sendiri! wuuuu. ok ini dia misinya~


MISI : 30 HARI TANPA MAKANAN LARANGAN.

jenis2 makanan larangan :

1) NASI
2) AYAM
3) CHOCOLATES

REWARD daripada misi yang berjaya dilaksanakan :

1) Lebih duit poket
2) Bentuk badan yang ideal (hahahahahahha)
3) Possibility untuk pikat lelaki *angkat kening laju2* hahahaha ok harus cancel yang ni nanti orang tuduh desperate padahal tak pun -__-


misi bermula 3rd AUGUST 2010, TUESDAY.

jadi, secara rasminya harini adalah first day!

FIRST DAY = MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

glorious food

my weekend was pretty much awesome because it was filled with tons of eating session hahaha. starts on Friday while i was on my way back to Subang, my friends and i stopped at Seremban's R&R just to have waffles and bubble tea -__- but seriously they have the best waffles ever, A&W can go fly kites now. anyways bila dah lepas tol hicom-subang i suddenly have the urge craving for KFC zinger burger. so i went straight to kfc drive-thru in usj and get them. dah sampai rumah checked the fridge found some frozen food macam sedap but too lazy to masak so tutup balik pintu fridge and masuk bilik. then at night had dinner at Murni subang makan tak ingat dunia then balik rumah terus tidur. eloknya perangai. hmm.

esoknya sabtu mak kejut ajak breakfast tak ingat makan apa tapi lepas tu keluar makan Mcd pulak. balik rumah lapar lagi godek2 gerobok tengok apa ada tapi tak ada apa pasrah dah la. masuk bilik tidur. around 4 received a call from Farabiha inviting me to a bbq. lompat bintang 4 kali. sebab apa? calls for FOOOOOOOOOOOOD! omnomnomnom. so i went to the bbq and had the usual things u had for bbq haha. and also ice cream for desserts thanks to sara. chitchatted with others then went back home. at home while waiting for my little brother to get home from work, suddenly lapar balik so cooked prawn patties and also sausages. felt sleepy afterwards so i went straight to bed.

woke up the next morning with mammamia ajak makan nasi dagang. was super sleepy but still could not resist food meh! later had cadbury boost as snacks then during lunch had lamb omnomnom. dinner with ze housemates at Seremban again. had KFC. again. but this time i ordered snack plate je. JE. haaha. arrived Jementah then Sopek offered ayam madu era offered popiah but felt so bloated i tolak-ed their offers bangga tak? bangga lah wey usually i won't reject any offer on food okay.

so kesimpulannya sekarang i have to start on diet or else i won't fit my baju raya. first thing first mammamia said i have to avoid from eating rice. hmmm. okay i can do that. then have to avoid eating chicken also. WHAAAAAAAT? cannot la like that... T__T

but hmmm ye lah ye lah for the sake of baju raya (sepatutnya for the sake of being healthy ish ish kau ni) i'll go on diet.

no more rice. no more chocolates. no more keropok. no more fast food. exercise daily.
